Who We Are

Box 63 is about all about great Farm-to-Fork ass kicking and always-FRESH good ole American Comfort Food! Great beers, bourbons, innovative cocktails all served at a value with a Rock n’ Roll Vibe. Our philosophy is simple: Treat ‘em like family, give them the best and make it a value!

Sit up stairs in the bar or outside in the tree covered patio and enjoy some Classic Rock Tunes, and as the slogan goes, "eat with your hands". The Menu is a tour of Iconic American Comfort Food with culinary flair employing farm-to-plate ingredients and classic cooking techniques. "Everything is made to order or uses fresh ingredients and the only thing frozen is the ice-cream". Try fresh cut French fries and creative hand formed burgers, share an order of our famous eggplant sticks with cucumber wasabi and marinara dip or go for the meatball salad with Gorgonzola, red onions and tomato. Whatever you do make sure you try a grilled Brooklyn flat a Box 63 recreation of "New" Pizza served in the city that invented America's favorite comfort food. Grilled thin crust dough topped with ingredients like roast apples, Gorgonzola, bacon, fresh mint & balsamic reduction or roast forest mushroom, truffle, spiced pumpkin and fresh sage.

But be sure to save room for a house made dessert. Banana bread ice-cream sandwich with caramelized bananas, Kentucky bread pudding with butterscotch chips, raisins and pecans or the house speciality PB&J; white cake sandwich with peanut butter cream cheese frosting covered with chocolate ganache and served with wild berry compote.

The bar has an extensive bottle beer list that's capped off with a group of Retro cans we refer to as "Grampa's Wine List" and a never ending rotation of draft beers crowned by two house beers; Box 63 Blonde Lager and IPA. The cocktail list is built around house infusions that create unique concoctions like the Stuck Pig; bacon infused bourbon, apple liquor, sour and a bacon salted rim, Strawberry Lemonade; strawberry infused vodka, fresh lemon, sugar, with a splash of soda, or the soooo popular Cucumber Mojito; cucumber infused rum, fresh lime & muddled mint with a touch of sugar!

Something is always happening at the Box! Don’t miss out on a happy hour so good we decided to do it twice! Seven days a week from 4:00-7:00 that features $4 well, select drafts and frozen drinks along with $5 appetizers. Second happy hour, from 10:00 - 11:30 features $2 can beers from grampa’s wine list and $4 frozen drink along with a Second Shift Brunch featuring items like the famous Trash Omelet; roast red peppers, caramelized onion, jalapenos, Andouille sausage, jack cheddar cheese and French fries topped with chili, sour cream and Pico de Gallo each for only $6.
